HIPPIE DAYZE FESTIVAL 2023

Welcome to the first annual HIPPIE DAYZE FEST in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.

 

The two-day event will happen September 16 and 17, noon to 9 PM daily at The Wagon Wheel Music Park in Philipsburg.

It is a family-friendly event filled with two days of music, vendors, food, and lots of fun.

ENTRANCE FEES:

 

  • $20 per person per day

  • $30 for a two-day pass

  • Children under 12 free

 

Advance tickets available on this website or pay at the gate.

Parking: Onsite parking is available, though limited, for an additional fee of $5, which must be paid upon entry.  Onsite parking is limited to personal vehicles only.  NO RVs!

Gates are open both days from noon to 9 PM.

Camping:  Onsite tent camping is available on the hill Saturday night for $35.  Camping tickets are also available on this website or at the gate. TENT camping only. There are no electric or modern facilities onsite.  Port-a-johns and hand sinks are available onsite.

Merchandise and/or Activity Vendor Details:

Vendors with artisan, handmade, or one-of-a-kind goods are what we are looking for.  We require all vendor booths to have a hippie / bohemian theme. The more creative and colorful, the better! Hippie Dayze is a family-friendly event.

Priority will be given to local vendors.

No weapon, drug, or political merchandise permitted. The sale of smoking or drug related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. We do not permit the sale of cannabis related items (including pipes and CBD). We do not permit the display of cannabis related imagery or merchandise with cannabis imagery (no merchandise with pot leaves on it).  No commercial or direct sales businesses permitted (examples include Tupperware, insurance sales, and Shaklee.)

Do not bring merchandise that does not fit within our vendor guidelines. Vendors who violate the guidelines will be asked to leave without refund.  We reserve the right to restrict sales of any item at the planning committee’s discretion.

This is an outdoor festival. All vendors must bring their own tent and tables.  Hippie Dayze is a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be issued in the event of vendor cancellation.

Open festival hours are Noon to 9 PM. Vendors will be able to set up no earlier than 9 AM the morning of the event. We will share specific information with you via email prior to the event.

No food vendors needed at this time.  The Wagon Wheel Music Park will be providing concession for this event.

Vendor Application/Registration/Fees:

Potential vendors must complete the vendor application and be approved by the committee before we will confirm your registration. 

Vendor registration fees are $30 for one day, $50 for both days. Please indicate in your application which day(s) you wish to participate in.

Once your application is accepted, we will confirm your registration and you will have two weeks to pay the registration fee.  If your fee is not received within the two weeks, we will void your application and offer the space to another vendor.

Vendors will be able to tent camp at their vending spot in the park, with the additional camping fee of $35.  Camping fees can be paid on this website or at the gate. Each vendor will be granted free parking for a personal vehicle in the parking lot area onsite for one vehicle.  Each additional vehicle will pay the $5 parking fee.  NO RVs!
