Planted lettuce
And three runs of onions
This evening. Was working when Paul P. came in
With a tie on. He told us that Ray Brunt (check spelling) Would be coming around
With Morgan and Lingfritz (check spelling)
I seen them coming. They came in the door to Lete's (?) garage.
Lingfritz (?) stayed quite clear of me. It was noticable.
Ray Brunt came over
And I said "Hi Ray" And shook his hand.,
Then kept on working. Chris was given the key To Paul P's car And told to wash it
And clean the inside,
And this he did On company time, After Brunt went out the door. Paul P. said to me That this is the bastard That has it in for me.

In the morning at work. Chris cut the fingers off a glove
Just for fun.
Then they took a new pair of gloves
And Vic held a 4x3 brick
While Chris rubbed one glove
On the edge
To see how long it would take
To put holes in it.
In the afternoon
Paul P. worked on his tape player
Most of the afternoon.
I went to the Acme
And bought 5-10-5
And cow manure for garden
Then plowed the rest of garden.
Just to work it up.
Will try to figure a winning number
For Sat. Daily Number.
Need it.

Work went well today Paul P. spent most of the afternoon
Putting (parts) on his tape player
But it didn't (work)
(on to the main portion of the entry)
Went to go to town
When Grace called
And Gramma was not good. We went down to Darb's
And a little later
Darb carried her to my car
And I took her to the hospital.
They admitted her.
And she seems to be good one minute
And mixed up the next.
All we can do is hope for the best.
It rained most of the day
So I got very little done.

Sunday 3.25.79
Did not feel good today
But did manage to plant something
For the garden in the house.
Worked a little outside
Getting limbs cut up
And later I drove out to Elliott Park. Watched T.V.
And I went to bed. Mary went down to see her mother.
She says they found
Blood in her spinal fluid.
Doesn't look too good.
But you never know.
