Daily Lottery: 608


JURY Had to be at the court house

At 8:45 a.m. this morning.

Got picked on the first case.

We then started testimony. The case involved the stealing

Of a stove & refrigerator

At a home in the Treasure Lake Area. The two on trial were John Read

& Mr. Orkey (*sp).


Its quite obvious

That some others were also involved. We were dismissed at 5:30 p.m.

For the day. Spent the evening listening to T.V.

JURY


Back in court

On same case.


Dismissed for lunch at 11:50 AM. Went to McDonalds for lunch. Perry was there

So I ate with him. Back in court at 1:00 p.m.

Same case.

Sat till after 2 PM

Though we were called in

For remainder of case.


Went to deliberate case at 4:30

Reached a guilty of burglary at 5:45 PM. Tired as hell

So watched TV in evening.

Back in court this morning

Immediately called for

And accepted on a drunk driving case.


We were excused till 1 p.m. I called P.P. at 11:30

And told him my schedule He told me that the company

Will subsidize my check. Like hell they will. I called Perry about 12:15

And he told me

Not to pay any attention

To what he said.


Back to court at 1:00

Was picked on another case

Driving under the influence.


Planted some cabbage in evening

Then watched TV

And went to bed.

Back in court this morning


Should have been a few minutes

On deliberation... But 3 women & one guy

Dragged it on for 3 hr and 50 minutes. Finally got paid off at 12:30 PM $37.60 for 4 days

Plus driving time. Did not go back to work

As I had one hell of a headache Shawn took my car

To soccer practice

Then to drama

So I had to call sis

And schedule her groceries

Till tomarrow night.

Daily Lottery: 810 Back to work. P-P fising Kettle (*sp) Creek Work went well today

As P.P. had taken the day off

To get ready to go fishing

Over the long weekend. Wonder if the company paid him for that. I am so sick of German, Italian and Indian Bull shit, I could scream. I was told by Jim (Davis*)

That Lumadue came back to work

Thursday afternoon

He must have not been called

For a case all week.


Mary took the car

And went to P-burg

In the afternoon

So Chuck picked me up

After work. Mary and I got groceries

At A&P.

Then I took Mildred later. I was tired

So I didn't do much

In the evening.

Daily Lottery: 951 Today was cold

I went to market around 9

And got a few things we forgot

At market the day before


Also bought 50 feet of chicken wire

For pole beans and climbing peas.

Got them all up. Punk & Gwenn & Bob & Laurie

Were here to dry out some

sneekers in the dryer. So she got some money

They went over town While Gwenn got a new pair

Of sneekers for the girl. I mowed part

Of the yard In the afternoon

Then it started to rain It looks like our picknic

Will be rained out tomarrow.

Cookie & Matt came in.

We were all in bed yet 8:30 We all decided to cancel

Till tomarrow

And move it to Elliott.

Better chance of getting a P-vilion.

Nancy came in later

With her German shepherd pup. Had to tell her not to bring it back. Don't want animals in the house. We finally got together

Down at Cookie's and ate. At least the food did not go to waste. I believe everyone had a nice time.
